The vintage floor lamp VILA combines a curved rod with a bamboo look and a hanging fabric bell – a design with the easy charm of summer houses and living rooms from decades past.
Design and materials
The metal rod is finished in a warm, honey-colored tone with dark rings so that it looks like a bamboo cane, and sweeps forward at the top in a gentle arc. From its end, a bell of light fabric with fine, vertical ribs hangs on a short, black cable. Its scalloped edge is stitched with brown loops and shows as a fine line when switched on, while the warm light falls through the fabric and downward. A round plate of light, veined marble gives the 160 cm tall lamp a secure footing. The bell measures 40 cm in width.

Where the lamp shines
In the living room, VILA stands next to the sofa or a reading chair; the hanging bell brings the light close to your book and side table. In the bedroom, beside a dresser or the bed, it creates a warm, relaxed mood in the evening. In a bright corner with plants, too, it becomes an eye-catcher. The bamboo look, fabric and marble suit rattan, linen, terracotta and vintage or boho furniture.
