Arc Floor Lamps
An arc floor lamp puts light exactly where you need it: over the sofa, the armchair or the dining table, with no ceiling wiring and no drilling. The base sits to one side, the arc spans the room and the shade hangs freely above. You get the effect of a pendant light that you can move whenever you like.

How to choose an arc floor lamp
Measure the distance from where the base will stand to the center of the sofa or table: the reach of the arc should cover it. Allow enough height for the shade to hang above head level. Over a dining table choose a closed shade, in a reading corner a fabric one. All measurements are on the dimension drawing of each lamp.
