The swing arm floor lamp DEVA combines a slender column in antique gold with a side swing arm and a pleated fabric shade – a classic, country-style design of the kind you know from old libraries and hotels.
Design and materials
The round metal column stands on a stepped base, Ø 26 cm, and carries a short jointed arm at the top that swings to the side. This lets you bring the shade over the arm of the chair or turn it towards the wall. The ivory shade is laid in fine pleats, measures 33 cm in diameter at the top and 45 cm at the bottom, and is 33.5 cm high; when switched on, the light traces every pleat. A fine pull chain hangs from the lamp holder for switching on and off. The iron surface has a gold-coloured patina and looks like aged brass. DEVA is supplied without a bulb, so you can choose one to suit your taste.
