The white floor lamp ZARA rises from the floor in a single, curving movement and carries a finely pleated fabric shade at its tip – a lamp and a sculpture in one.
Design and materials
The body of smooth resin is wide and stable at the bottom and tapers in several soft curves to a slender neck. There, a small silver-coloured connector holds the ivory pleated shade, Ø 45 cm. When switched on, the light traces every single fold, falls softly downwards and gently brightens the wall behind. In white, ZARA looks bright and light; in black, graphic and full of contrast against pale walls; in both versions, the shade remains ivory. At 165 cm high, the lamp has a strong presence in the room without looking heavy.
