The art deco floor lamp GUNVOR combines a gold-coloured metal frame with a cylindrical fabric shade and an oval decorative element that sits beneath the shade like a piece of jewellery.
Design and materials
A slender, gold-coloured rod rises from a two-tier round base. Just below the shade, it opens into an elongated oval in which several curved rods rise in staggered tiers – a motif reminiscent of the design language of the 1920s. Above it sits the cylindrical fabric shade, 38 cm wide, trimmed top and bottom with a gold-coloured rim. When switched on, the light shines softly through the fabric and falls up and down, while the metal gleams warmly. You choose the colour of the shade: white for a bright, radiant effect, grey for a muted tone or black for a strong contrast with the gold. At 165 cm high, GUNVOR is a full-size living room lamp.

Where the lamp shines
In the living room, GUNVOR stands beside the sofa or a reading chair and casts a warm light over the seat and side table. In the bedroom, it accompanies a chest of drawers or the bed with an elegant, muted glow. In the entrance hall or beside a sideboard, it looks like a decorative accessory. Gold with white suits bright rooms with linen and oak, grey suits calm natural tones, and black suits velvet, marble and dark accents.
