The unique floor lamp ELMA balances a long, angled cantilever arm on a slim rod and places a small light made of a half-shell and an open ring at its end – a graphic line reminiscent of a mobile.
Design and materials
The arm measures 98 cm and crosses the vertical rod at a small joint; at one end it finishes in a short handle, at the other it carries the lamp head. This consists of a flat half-shell with a pale light surface and a thin, open hoop that completes the shape into a circle. The LED light falls downwards and to the side in a clearly defined beam. ELMA rests on a cylindrical, finely speckled base with a stone look, 25 cm high and Ø 15 cm. In black, the lamp stands on an anthracite base; in gold, on a white-grey base.
