The globe floor lamp EIRA arranges nine opal white glass globes at different heights along a slim, gold-coloured rod – like glowing pearls on a fine line.
Design and materials
One globe crowns the top of the rod; the other eight sit on short holders below it, alternating left and right. Each globe measures 10 cm in diameter; the opal glass conceals the light source and gives off a soft, glare-free light in all directions. The rod and holders are made of iron with a brushed, brass-coloured finish, and the rod measures just 1.9 cm in diameter. A flat, round base, Ø 23 cm, keeps the 165 cm tall lamp securely in place. The result is a light, vertical composition that looks like a decorative object even when switched off.

Where the lamp shines
In a living room corner or beside the sofa, EIRA stacks several soft points of light and creates atmospheric base lighting. In the bedroom, it accompanies the bed or a chest of drawers with a muted glow; in the entrance hall, it welcomes guests with an elegant accent of light. Next to a sideboard in the dining area, this gold floor lamp adds a festive touch. Gold and opal glass suit mid-century furniture, velvet, marble and warm wood tones.
