The rattan pendant light ASTA opens like a flower: ten overlapping petals of fine woven rattan form a flat, wide-reaching wabi sabi shade.
Design and materials
Each petal is covered with a fine, even rattan weave and framed by a darker, curved rim. The petals lie in two layers, giving the shade depth, with space in between through which the light falls downward and to the sides. A black cable and black bulb holder carry the shade, with the bulb sitting centrally beneath the flower. When switched on, the weave glows honey-colored and the light feels warm and calm. Available in four diameters from 50 to 100 cm; the cable can be adjusted to the hanging height you want.

Where the lamp shines
Above the dining table, ASTA feels like a light canopy of light – at 80 or 100 cm also above large tables. In the living room, it is a striking central light for rooms with linen, pale wood and plants. At 50 cm it fits in the bedroom or a reading corner, where its soft light creates a relaxed mood.
