The shell wall sconce WILMA shapes ribbed glass into an upright scallop shell – a decorative light reminiscent of Riviera hotels and Art Deco salons.
Design and materials
The glass shade fans open upward, with radiating ribs running to the wavy rim. At the bottom, it is held by two small brass knobs on a gold-colored bracket that sits on a round wall plate. The light source lies behind the glass, so the shell glows from within and spreads the light upward and to the sides. Clear glass makes the ribs sparkle, amber gives a warm cognac tone, and matte white glows especially softly and evenly. Each rib catches the light, so the rim looks like a fine edge of light when lit. The shell needs no additional shade and takes up little space on the wall.

Where the lamp shines
In the bedroom, two shells frame the bed or a dressing table with a mirror. In the hallway or entrance area, WILMA looks like a piece of jewelry on the wall and gives a friendly general light. In the living room, it adds an elegant accent above a sideboard or beside a shelf, especially with pale walls and brass details. In a reading corner with an armchair, it also creates an atmospheric mood.
