The fabric pendant light GYDA opens like a large, flat flower. Overlapping petals of fine, translucent fabric catch the light and let it fall into the room softly, with a gentle tint of color.
Design and materials
Each petal is stretched over a narrow frame all the way around; all petals meet at a small brass-colored center, beneath which a single light source sits. The overlapping creates lighter and darker zones that give the lamp depth. You choose between creamy beige, pale sage green, warm tobacco brown and an almost transparent white voile with a light gray edge. A brass-colored pendant tube carries the shade. Three diameters are available, so the lamp suits a small bistro table as well as a long dining table.

Where the lamp shines
Above a round dining table, GYDA looks like a floating canopy of petals and bathes the tabletop in warm light. In the living room, the large 80 cm version adds a calm, textile accent above the seating area. In the bedroom, beige or white give a soft, low-glare light, while green and brown go well with wood, linen and natural tones.
