Design and materials
The cylindrical marble base is polished and shows lively veining – in deep black with gray veins, in burgundy red with creamy white markings, or in white with fine gray lines. A short brass-colored neck carries the round glass shade, topped by a knurled knob in a brass tone. The blown, matte satin glass spreads the LED light softly and without glare. It dims at a touch, and the battery is charged via USB. This keeps the tabletop free of cables, and the lamp can be carried to another spot at any time.
