Design and materials
The base is woven from honey-coloured rattan, with vertical ribs and finely woven horizontal rows. Two models are available: a rounded, bulbous base with a tall, slightly conical shade, or a slim rattan column with a wide, flat cone shade. The fabric shade softens the light and lets it fall warmly down onto the weave. It is a style that goes well with wabi sabi, boho and Japandi. Each row of weave brings a lively texture to the room, and the natural tones of the rattan go as well with pale wood as with linen and wool. The result is a warm, homely pool of light.
