The travertine wall light LONA brings three materials together in one compact silhouette: stone, wood and matt black metal. Its dome of genuine travertine sits like a small hat over an opal glass globe.
Design and materials
A matt black metal arm sweeps forward from the round wall plate in a swan-neck curve. A turned walnut collar links it to the beige travertine dome, whose open pores reveal the natural texture of the stone. Beneath sits an opal glass globe that diffuses the light softly all around. The stone dome shields the light upwards and directs it into the room, creating a calm, low-glare pool of light without harsh shadows. The pores, grain and tone of the travertine vary from piece to piece.

Where the light comes into its own
Beside the bed, LONA replaces the bedside lamp and gives warm, glare-free reading light – mounted as a pair, it frames the headboard. Above an armchair in the living room, it creates a cosy reading corner. In the hallway or entrance, beside a mirror, it adds a natural accent. The pairing of stone and walnut works particularly well with linen, pale wood and earthy tones.
