Design and materials
Two rounded alabaster elements sit above and below a brass ring, which is joined to the round wall plate by a short arm. At 8 cm in diameter and 33 cm high, BASCA stays delicate and fits easily on narrow stretches of wall. Switched off, it looks like a stone object; switched on, the alabaster diffuses the light within its depth and gives a soft, glare-free glow. Veining, tone and translucency vary from piece to piece.

Where it shines
In a hallway or entrance hall, BASCA adds a warm point of light above a sideboard. As a pair either side of a mirror, a picture or a headboard in the bedroom, it shows off its symmetry.
