The wooden ceiling light MILATRE combines a flat wooden disc with a short rod of wooden beads and a veined alabaster-effect diffuser.
Design and materials
A brushed brass rose holds a rod of three turned wooden beads, from which a smooth, gently domed wooden disc 35 cm in diameter is suspended. Beneath the disc lies a flat, cushion-shaped diffuser with an ivory ground and organic veining. It is an alabaster imitation, not natural stone. The integrated SMD LED shines in warm white at 3000 K; the diffuser softens the light without glare and lets the veining show through gently. Brass accents and warm wood give the light a homely character.
