The alabaster ceiling light FENZE is a flat disc of natural stone set in a slender metal ring. At only 5 cm high, it sits close to the ceiling and glows through the stone.
Design and material
The entire underside is a disc of genuine alabaster with delicate ivory to honey-coloured veining. A narrow metal ring frames the stone, in brushed gold or in black; small fixing knobs at the side hold the disc in place, in gold on the black ring. The integrated LED shines warm white and is softly filtered by the alabaster, creating an even, glare-free light. The light comes in diameters of 30, 40 or 50 cm. Veining and translucency vary from piece to piece.

Where the light comes into its own
In the bedroom, FENZE provides a calm, warm base light that does not dazzle, even from the bed. In a hallway the 30 cm version is usually enough, while the 50 cm version comes into its own in the living room. The gold version suits wood and warm textiles; the black one adds a graphic accent to bright, modern rooms.
