The travertine pendant light TAIKA looks like a small piece of architecture: a flat disc of travertine is pierced by a slender cylinder.
Design and material
The disc of beige travertine shows a porous surface with open pores. A rounded cylinder rises from the top, and at the bottom a wide, round ring frames the diffuser. The cylinder and ring are made of metal with a wood-effect finish, either dark in a walnut tone or light in a natural tone. The integrated LED shines warm white at 3000 K and focuses the light downwards. TAIKA comes in 22.5 or 31 cm diameter, singly or as a triple version on a rail. The veining and pores of the travertine vary from piece to piece.

Where the light comes into its own
Above the dining table, TAIKA gives a warm, focused light; the triple version also covers long tables well. Above a kitchen island, three heads on a rail structure the worktop. In an open-plan living area, a single light marks the seating group or a round table. Oak, rattan and linen pair well with the travertine.
