The ceramic pendant light KATO brings a touch of country house and craft to the ceiling: white glaze, a scalloped rim with a brown edge and fine motifs painted in brown.
Design and material
The shade of white glazed ceramic opens out beneath a round cap into a wavy, scalloped rim edged with a glossy brown line. Small, curving brown motifs decorate the outside. A twisted brown fabric cable carries the light. There are two shapes: Marquise is wide and flat (29.5 cm wide, 16 cm high), Capeline is taller and more bell-shaped (21.5 cm wide, 18 cm high). The white interior reflects the light and directs it warmly downwards.

Where the light comes into its own
Above the dining or kitchen table, KATO creates a cosy, warm atmosphere and pairs well with wood, linen and stoneware. The wide Marquise spreads the light over a round table, while the taller Capeline suits a worktop or a spot beside the bed. Two or three lights side by side add rhythm to a long table. As it suits sloping ceilings, it also fits a holiday home under the roof.
