The alabaster wall light JUNDE needs no ornament: two half shells of genuine alabaster on a slender bronze-tone rod – the rest is light and stone.
Design and materials
The two hemispheres are carved from a solid block of alabaster and open in mirror image upwards and downwards, separated by a metal sphere at the centre. A vertical rod with ball ends at the top and bottom connects the elements, held by a round wall plate in the same bronze finish. When lit, the stone glows from within: the veins stand out against the light and the integrated LED becomes a warm, glare-free glow. At 43.4 cm high with a 15 cm shade diameter, JUNDE is a slim, vertical light that gives a wall structure without taking up much space. Veining, tone and translucency vary from piece to piece.

Where it shines
In the living room, JUNDE adds a calm, vertical accent beside the sofa or above a side table. In the bedroom it works as a pair beside the bed and keeps the bedside tables clear. In a hallway or stairwell, several lights at equal spacing bring rhythm to long walls. The dark bronze harmonises with linen, warm wood and muted earth tones.
