Pay securely

The payment methods available for your order are shown during checkout. The options may depend on your device, the payment provider and the details of your order. The options shown before you place your order with an obligation to pay are authoritative.

Currency and total amount

Prices are shown and charged in the local currency of your market: pounds sterling (GBP), US dollars (USD), Canadian dollars (CAD), Australian dollars (AUD) or New Zealand dollars (NZD), and euros (EUR) in Europe. Check the full order amount before paying. We do not charge for standard shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Customs and import duties

Standard shipping is free. For deliveries to Switzerland, we cover any import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees. For other destinations outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority. The total amount shown before you complete your order is authoritative.

Refunds and failed payments

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method in accordance with our returns policy. If a payment fails, check your details and, if necessary, contact your payment provider.
