Terms of Service

These terms govern use of decoharmonie.com and purchases from Ecom Empire OÜ, Estonian company registration number 16494984, registered at Liimi tn 1b, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10621, Estonia, trading as DecoHarmonie.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a non-excludable consumer guarantee or other right under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Store Use and Accounts

You may browse and purchase as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding the login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use.

2. Product Information

We take reasonable steps to describe the selected product and variant accurately. Product features, dimensions, materials, colours, power requirements, plug type, included items and availability may differ between variants. Review the selected variant before ordering and contact us if a material specification is unclear.

3. Prices, Currency and Charges

Prices for the Australian market are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable tax and mandatory charge is reflected as required before the order is submitted. Standard shipping within Australia is free under the Shipping Policy.

If an obvious pricing or catalogue error is identified before acceptance, we may contact you to confirm the corrected information or cancel and refund the order.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send the order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as payment failure, fraud screening, an address outside the delivery area, a catalogue error or unavailable stock. Any captured payment for a cancelled order is refunded.

5. Payment

Payment methods available to a customer are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the enabled payment providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery area, costs, processing times, transit estimates and tracking are set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. The Refund Policy does not limit remedies required under the ACL.

8. Consumer Guarantees

Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL where it applies. Remedies for a failure are determined by the nature of the failure and applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Store content may be owned by Ecom Empire OÜ or used under licence. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use the store unlawfully, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person's information.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the remedies available for the relevant goods or services. This clause does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. To the extent a choice of forum is permitted, disputes relating to Australian consumer transactions may be handled in New South Wales, without limiting any right to use another forum required by law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
