DecoHarmonie offers free standard shipping on every order delivered within Australia. No minimum order value, no surprise charges at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Order Preparation

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Cutoff time: 10:00 AM AEST/AEDT (Sydney).
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping days: Monday to Friday.
  • Total time between order and delivery: 6 to 9 business days.

  • Trusted carriers: Shipping is handled by our Australian logistics partners — Sendle (carbon-neutral) and Australia Post.
  • Insured packages: All packages are fully insured for the full value of your order.
  • Eco-friendly packaging: We prioritise the use of environmentally friendly materials whenever possible.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at info@decoharmonie.com.

International Orders

At this time, DecoHarmonie ships only within Australia. We do not deliver to addresses outside the country.

Damaged on Arrival

We carefully package every lamp to arrive in perfect condition. In the rare case your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@decoharmonie.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
