You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your DecoHarmonie order is on its way. To check the status of your delivery at any time, click the link below.
How tracking works
- Order confirmation: immediately after checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
- Dispatch notification: within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, cutoff 10:00 AM AEST), you'll receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
- Live tracking: click the "Track my order" button above at any time to see live delivery updates.
Haven't received a tracking email?
Please first check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it after 3 business days, email us at info@decoharmonie.com with your order number and we'll resend the tracking details immediately.
