Shipping

How long until my lamp arrives?

Order preparation: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), with a cutoff time of 10:00 AM AEST/AEDT (Sydney). Weekend and Australian public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Delivery: 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.

Total time from order to delivery: 6 to 9 business days.

Shipping is handled by our Australian partners Sendle (carbon-neutral) and Australia Post. All packages fully insured.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel right to your door.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For full details, please see our Returns & Refund Policy page.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and check your return, we process refunds within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Product & Care

How do I care for my DecoHarmonie lamp?

Wipe the body and shade gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and submerging the lamp in water. For metallic or painted finishes, a microfibre cloth works best to maintain colour and shine.

How long does the battery last on a cordless lamp?

Battery life depends on the model and brightness setting, but most of our cordless lamps run for between 8 and 30 hours on a single charge at low to mid brightness. Each product page lists the specific battery life for that model.

How do I charge a cordless lamp?

All our cordless lamps charge via a standard USB-C cable, which is included in the box. You can plug them into any USB power source, such as a phone charger, laptop or power bank.

Warranty & Orders

Do your lamps come with a warranty?

Yes. Every DecoHarmonie lamp is covered by a [Your warranty period] warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Please email info@decoharmonie.com as soon as possible with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Are prices in AUD and do they include GST?

Yes. All prices on the DecoHarmonie website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Your tax invoice is sent automatically by email after purchase.
