1. Damaged or Defective Products

Received a defective product? Contact our customer service immediately for further instructions. DecoHarmonie will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Received the wrong product? Contact us and we will arrange the return and ensure you receive the correct item.

2. Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, you will receive a full refund or a replacement.

3. Order Cancellation After Purchase

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, you can return it by following our return process.

4. Return Policy for Non-Damaged Products

Right to Cancel: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products. At DecoHarmonie, we offer an extended return period.

5. No Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Want a different product? Simply return the unwanted item following our return policy and place a new order.

6. Return and Refund Timeframes

  • Return period: Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receipt.
  • Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
  • Refund conditions: Refunds are approved if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Defective or incorrectly delivered products will be refunded after inspection.
  • Refund period: Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs: All return shipping costs will be fully covered by DecoHarmonie.
