7. Missing Items

Return period: Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receipt.
Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
Refund conditions: Refunds will be approved if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Defective or incorrectly delivered items will be refunded after inspection.

No restocking fees: DecoHarmonie does not charge any fees for returns.
10. Return Shipping Costs
For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies to items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered.
For customer remorse (wrong item ordered, doesn’t fit, or no longer wanted): Exactly the same , the actual return shipping costs will be covered by DecoHarmonie.
