The terrazzo wall sconce ELKA combines a diagonally set stone bar with a horizontal wooden base – a graphic cross from which warm, indirect light flows.
Design and materials
The rectangular terrazzo bar, with a cream ground and large inclusions in brown, gray and amber, is mounted at an angle in front of a slim base of solid wood. The base comes in a dark walnut tone or in light natural wood. Light from the integrated LED escapes through a gap at the side of the bar and washes over stone and wall. The color temperature is warm white (3000 K), and the stated lifespan is around 50,000 hours. With a bar width of just 4.5 cm, the light stays flat and understated.
