Vertical flutes structure the glass cylinder of the JOVID wall sconce. The single and double versions create accents of light of different lengths on the wall.
Design and material
JOVID is made of glass and metal. The fluted glass breaks the light into fine vertical stripes and gives the light a lively surface without making the form feel busy. A round wall plate, 12 cm in diameter, holds the cylinder. The single version is 27 cm tall, the double 48 cm, both 9 cm wide. The double version therefore reads as an elongated, vertical column of light.

Where the light comes into its own
In hallways and stairwells, JOVID provides even points of light that work well fitted in a row. Beside a mirror in the entrance, a pair frames the reflection. In the bedroom, the single version replaces the bedside lamp and frees up the nightstand. In a living or dining room, the double version adds a vertical accent to a bare wall. As the LED bulb is included, the light is ready to use as soon as it is installed.
