The terrazzo wall sconce TISA is a slender cylinder full of mineral chips that casts its light up and down the wall at the same time.
Design and materials
The round body is made of terrazzo: a pale, ivory base flecked with chips in beige, taupe and amber. Some of the inclusions are translucent and glow warmly when the light is on. The cylinder sits in front of a rectangular base of solid wood in a walnut tone. Two bulb holders inside each create a cone of light, one upwards and one downwards, which grazes the wall and emphasizes the surface of the material. The pattern of chips is different on every light. TISA comes in heights of 28 cm (11 in) or 32 cm (12.6 in).

Where the light comes into its own
In the entrance, above a console table, TISA’s double cone of light creates an inviting atmosphere. In a hallway, several lights in a row structure long walls. Beside the bed or in the living room, it gives atmospheric background light. The warm color play of the terrazzo suits oak, walnut, pale plaster and linen.
