The plug-in wall sconce VANJA brings green pressed glass and a brass-colored angled arm to the wall – with no fixed wall connection: the supply cable with switch simply runs to the nearest outlet.
Design and materials
A round wall plate carries a slim arm bent at a right angle. From it, on a twisted cable, hangs a brass-colored bulb holder with a rotary knob on the side, with the green glass shade beneath. Three shapes are available: a widely flared glass flower with a serrated rim and diamond relief, a small cylinder with a zigzag pattern and a larger cylinder with wide vertical grooves. The green glass tints the light warmly and slightly green, and the relief draws fine patterns of light on the wall. The length of the pendant cable can be adjusted.

Where the lamp shines
Beside the bed, VANJA replaces the bedside lamp and keeps the surface free, with the switch on the supply cable always within easy reach. In the living room, beside an armchair, it gives a warm reading light. As no electrical connection in the wall is needed, it is well suited to rented homes. In the hallway or above a dresser, the green glass adds a small vintage accent.
