The wall sconce with opal glass globe VARA reduces the design to two elements: a slender vertical rod and a glowing glass globe.
Design and materials
A round wall base carries a fine metal rod 30 cm (11.8 in) tall. In its lower part, offset to one side, sits an opal glass globe 12 cm (4.7 in) in diameter. The metal comes in matte black or a brushed gold tone, with base and rod always in the same color. The opal glass diffuses the light evenly and without glare, while additional light falls up and down the wall. The asymmetric arrangement of rod and globe gives the light a calm, graphic look that works well even when switched off.

Where the light comes into its own
In the entrance, above a console table, VARA offers a friendly welcome while staying discreet. In a hallway, several lights in a row structure long walls. Beside the bed or next to the sofa in the living room, it gives soft background light. On its own it acts as a decorative detail; as a pair it structures a wall or frames a picture. Black looks graphic and modern; gold brings warmth to wood and pale wall colors.
