The ceramic ceiling light RITO recalls a wide-brimmed hat: a wavy ceramic brim in white and black frames a round opal glass globe.
Design and materials
The brim of ivory-white ceramic has a gently wavy edge with a black trim. On its underside, it shows curving stripes in black and ivory that only become visible when you look up. A round base of black metal connects the light to the ceiling. Beneath it emerges an opal glass globe that gives off soft, low-glare light and illuminates the ceramic from below. Width and height are both 25 cm.
