The cream floor lamp INGA wraps its light in a slender column of ribbed, cream-coloured fabric and stands on a flat wooden base – a calm light object with a natural feel.
Design and materials
The straight shade has a square cross-section and is structured all round by even, vertical ribs. When switched on, the fabric glows from within; the ribs show as fine lines and reveal the textile texture. Beneath the column sit a short, round wooden stem and a flat, square wooden base, 16 cm wide. At 120 cm high, INGA stays compact and also fits beside low furniture. The combination of pale fabric and warm wood feels light and understated, by day as well as in the evening.
