The alabaster wall light BUDI holds a glowing stone globe in a curved metal frame. Compact yet sculptural, it looks like a small object on the wall.
Design and materials
The globe is carved from genuine alabaster and held at the top and bottom by two wide metal collars that flow into a curved back plate. The frame is made of brass and comes in bronze or gold: bronze has a dark, brushed metal tone, gold a bright, warm sheen. When lit, the stone glows from within, the veins show against the light and it becomes a warm, soft glow. Veining, tone and translucency vary from piece to piece.

Where it shines
