The brass wall sconce LITIKA shows that good design need not be loud: a curved brass arm, a white glass shade and a clean, slender silhouette.
Design and materials
A round wall rose and a curved arm in solid brushed brass carry a stepped holder from which the shade hangs. The shade is made of white textured glass in a lantern shape with broad, softly rounded facets. The light is directed downwards and to the sides, creating a warm glow at eye level that is focused enough for reading and soft enough for a quiet evening. The light is 27 cm high and the glass shade 15 cm wide, so it barely projects into the room.
