Design and materials
The alabaster rods vary in length and rise towards the center, creating an almost architectural silhouette. A horizontal crossbar in matte black metal holds them together and connects them to the wall plate. The stone is cut from solid alabaster, not imitated. When lit, the rods glow from within, the light is diffused in their depth and stays soft and glare-free. Veining, tone and translucency vary from piece to piece.
