The alabaster wall sconce PILBI is reduced to a single gesture: a slender obelisk of solid alabaster, held by a narrow brass clasp.
Design and materials
The vertical body is faceted to a point at both ends and looks like a cut crystal. At its center, a gold-toned brass clasp holds it, fixed to a diamond-shaped wall rose. The alabaster is carved from the solid block, not assembled from pieces. When switched on, the light enters the stone, traces the gray veins and emerges soft and glare-free. Grain, tone and translucency vary from piece to piece – these differences are part of natural stone and not a flaw. The two sizes, 50 and 80 cm high, can be chosen to suit ceiling height and wall area.

Where the light comes into its own
In the entrance, above an oak bench or console table, PILBI looks like a glowing object and welcomes you with calm light. The 80 cm version emphasizes tall walls in a hallway or stairwell. As a pair beside the bed or a mirror, it creates a symmetrical, gentle picture of light. In the living room, the 50 cm version adds an elegant accent above the sideboard.
