The alabaster wall sconce INDA is a cascade of stone: half shells of genuine alabaster overlap vertically to form a slim, glowing column.
Design and materials
The elements are carved from a solid block and have deliberately irregular upper edges that look as if they had been broken. They are grouped above and below a wider central shell: seven elements on the 59 cm model, nine on the 72 cm model. When lit, the stone seems illuminated from within: the alabaster diffuses the light of the integrated LED within its depth, the edges and veins show warmly and the light causes no glare. Switched off, INDA remains a sculptural object on the wall. Veining, tone and translucency vary from piece to piece.

Where it shines
In the living room above a sideboard or beside an armchair, INDA adds a calm, vertical accent of natural stone. As a pair beside a mirror or picture, it creates elegant symmetry. In a hallway or stairwell, the slender form visually stretches the wall upwards. Beside the bed, it gives a subdued, warm evening light, and the shorter version also fits narrow alcoves.
