Design and materials
The rectangular stone body with raised side edges forms the back of the light. Across its front lies a broad band of solid wood in a warm walnut tone, rounded at the ends. The light of the integrated LED escapes at the top and bottom, skims the open-pored surface of the stone and highlights its texture. In the travertine version the stone is beige; in the black version it is dark and equally porous, while the wooden band is brown in both. The color temperature is warm white (3000 K), and the stated LED lifespan is around 50,000 hours.
