The travertine pendant light GERA brings three natural materials together in a small space: stone, wood and brass. Beneath them hangs an opal glass globe that spreads the light softly.
Design and material
At the very top sits a turned piece of solid walnut, below it a brass fitting with a knurled screw at the side. This carries the element of genuine travertine with its characteristic pores. There are three shapes: model A is a flat disc of Ø 18 cm (7.1 in), model B a cylindrical drum of Ø 21 cm (8.3 in) and model C a domed bowl of Ø 25 cm (9.8 in). Beneath the stone hangs the white opal glass globe, giving a warm, even light. The triple version hangs three identical lights at staggered heights from a 70 cm (27.6 in) ceiling rail. The pores and markings of the travertine vary from piece to piece.

Where the light comes into its own
On its own, the small model A suits a spot beside the bed, where it replaces the bedside lamp. Models B and C bring more stone into view and work above a side table, in a reading corner or over a kitchen island. The triple version with staggered heights adds a lively accent above the dining table. With a cable of up to 150 cm (59.1 in) and suitability for sloping ceilings, GERA also works under the eaves.
