The travertine wall sconce FARO has the silhouette of an hourglass: a natural stone body with an opal glass globe at each end, held at the center by a black metal band.
Design and materials
The center piece narrows towards the waist and comes in four stone options: beige travertine, red travertine, white jade and green jade, the latter in a pale, veined olive green. A black band holds the stone at its center and connects it to a round wall plate. The two opal glass globes shine upwards and downwards, spreading a soft, warm light that brings out the pores of the travertine or the polish of the jade. The brightness can be adjusted with a suitable dimmer, which is not included. The light can be mounted on the wall or the ceiling.
