The alabaster wall sconce AUREA combines an elongated body of genuine alabaster with a slim metal band that holds the stone at its center.
Design and materials
The 40 cm (15.7 in) tall body has an oval form, rounded at both ends, and shows the cloudy white veining of natural alabaster. The central band comes in solid brass or black metal. The integrated LED lights the stone from within and brings out its veins, and you can choose between three color temperatures. Switched off, AUREA remains a calm stone object on the wall. Veining and translucency vary from piece to piece.

Where it shines
In the hallway above a console, AUREA adds a quiet accent and greets you with soft light. In the living room, a pair frames a sideboard or a picture; in the dining room, it creates a pleasant mood on the wall by the table. In the bedroom it replaces the bedside lamp, and the three color temperatures let you adapt the light to the time of day.
