The mini pendant light LYKTA in travertine and wood is small, simple and warm: a short stone ring, a wooden neck and a bulb of your choice.
Design and material
A short cylinder of beige travertine, 12 cm (4.7 in) in diameter and 7 cm (2.8 in) high, encloses the bulb holder. Above it sits a cylindrical neck of rubberwood in a warm brown, with a black cable leading to the ceiling. The rough, porous surface of the stone contrasts with the smooth wood. The bulb protrudes from the bottom of the stone; a round opal LED gives a soft, even light. The pores and layering of the travertine vary from piece to piece.

Where the light comes into its own
On its own beside the bed or above a reading spot, LYKTA replaces a table lamp and saves space on the surface. As a pair on either side of the bed, it creates a calm, symmetrical picture. In a row of three above a kitchen island or a long dining table, it becomes an eye-catcher. In the living room, it suits a side table beside the sofa. It blends in particularly naturally with pale wood, linen and wabi-sabi interiors.
