The travertine ceiling light BERA brings directed light and natural material together: cylindrical travertine spots sit on a bar of solid wood and can each be angled individually.
Design and materials
The rectangular bar of solid wood comes in a dark walnut finish or light natural wood. Beneath it sit three or four cylinders of beige, open-pored travertine, each 16 cm long and Ø 6.5 cm. Small ball joints of gold-toned metal connect spots and bar, so each spot can be tilted in a different direction. The light leaves the bottom of the cylinders and casts focused cones onto a wall, shelf or table. The grain and pores of the travertine vary from piece to piece.

Where the light comes into its own
In the living room, you can aim the spots at a picture, a bookcase and the seating area all at once. Above a worktop or kitchen island, the long bar spreads the light across several points. In a hallway, BERA highlights pictures or a console table. The dark version suits walnut and warm tones; the light version suits oak and Scandinavian interiors.
