The bamboo pendant light AMRA is a flat, rounded pendant of natural woven bamboo with a white inner diffuser. The weave defines the shape, while the diffuser lets the light out softly and without glare.
Design and materials
The shade has a wide, lens-shaped silhouette with an even, diagonal diamond weave and a narrow bamboo ring at the top. Inside sits a white cylindrical diffuser, and a round, light-coloured cover with a bamboo rim closes the shade at the bottom. When switched on, the core glows gently through the weave while the diamond pattern remains visible as a fine drawing. The lamp hangs from a black cable and is available in four diameters from 40 to 80 cm.
