On the RIFET wall light, the slim alabaster diffuser sits off-centre from its mount. This restrained arrangement brings tension to a clean wall composition.
Design and material
RIFET is made of alabaster and brass. The rod-shaped stone diffuser is just 5 cm in diameter and either 40 or 60 cm tall. Because it sits offset on the brass bracket, the light reads as a graphic line on the wall. Alabaster is a translucent natural stone that shows its veining when lit, so markings and tone vary from piece to piece. The brass adds a warm metallic accent.

Where the light comes into its own
In the bedroom, two RIFET lights flank the bed and save space on the bedside tables. In a hallway or stairwell they create slender lines of light that structure the space. Beside a mirror in the entrance they give even light. Choose the colour temperature to suit the room: warm white for living rooms and bedrooms, neutral or cool white for crisper lighting.
