The alabaster pendant light BALVO is a long, horizontal tube of natural stone that floats above the table on two fine cables.
Design and material
The body is a slender cylinder of genuine ivory-white alabaster with lively, cloudy veins. Two rings of brushed brass hold the tube, and round brass caps close its ends. Two thin steel cables connect it to a rectangular brass ceiling plate. The integrated LED light passes through the stone, reveals its layers and emerges soft and glare-free. The veining, tone and translucency of the alabaster vary from piece to piece.

Where the light comes into its own
Above the dining table, BALVO draws a calm line of light that follows the length of the table; with four lengths, it can be matched to short and long tables alike. Above a kitchen island or a sideboard in the living room, the tube becomes an eye-catcher in stone. Pale wood and woven chairs emphasise its lightness, while dark wood and muted wall colours bring out the warmth of the light. You can adjust the height using the adjustable cables.
